Well I am very pleased that after 8 years of running an ISP that I finally have my own website. This is a pure indulgence for me that allows me to vent my spleen every now and again. So of course if I am going to vent then I would pick the subject that I have been banging on about for the last 8 years. It does my head in that there are clearly much better ways for printers and their customers to conduct their relationship but the benfits are dismissed with an apathetic shrug of the shoulders. But those days are coming to an end and I have already gone on record as saying that 2007 will be the year of the on-line printer. So I look forward to us all one day very soon sitting around a pool with drinks with umbrellas in them wondering "Why did printing used to be so difficultand how did we ever cope?"
